Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates:

  • Economy shipping: $4.90 (under 5 lbs)
  • Standard shipping: $6.90 (under 1 lb) / $9.90 (1–5 lbs)
  • Free Economy shipping on all orders over $50!

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days for Economy and 3-5 business days for Standard shipping. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at airhaircare@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement.
